Description
BASF propylene glycol (Ineos) for is a transparent and almost colorless, slightly viscous liquid. It acts as a carrier (base) for the flavoring, as it has excellent solubility and retains moisture well. In the liquid is responsible for the amount of flavor and a bit of throat hit. It is produced in Germany from vegetable raw materials. The USP standard requires at least 99.8% purity of raw materials for use in the food industry. According to quality analysis certificates, the actual purity of the products is often more than 99.9%.
